Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7betdb ("we", "us", "the platform"), governing your access to and use of the 7betdb website at https://7betdb.net and all associated products and services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and any other features made available to registered account holders.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 7betdb platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 7betdb platform and must close your account immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

7betdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always published at https://7betdb.net/terms-conditions with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 7betdb and all real-money products on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. Failure to meet any one of these criteria renders your registration void and any winnings forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7betdb operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any balance remaining will be returned to the original deposit method after deducting any winnings generated.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must register as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 7betdb or any associated company where such participation creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have a previously closed or self-excluded 7betdb account. Opening a new account while an existing account is suspended or self-excluded is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

7betdb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified by the support team, the account may be suspended pending verification. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate where a primary document is unavailable.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money betting and gaming products on 7betdb, you must complete the registration process and create a single, unique account. You are permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a working email address.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Bangladeshi number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk) as it is used for SMS verification and withdrawal confirmation.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 7betdb account. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is strongly recommended to protect your account against unauthorised access.
• You must not use another person's identity, payment method, or personal details when registering. Identity fraud is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

KYC Verification

7betdb applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC is a one-time process that is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at 7betdb's discretion. Completing KYC enables faster withdrawal processing and reduces the likelihood of manual review delays on future transactions.

• Proof of identity: a clear photograph or scan of your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence confirming your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method: a screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming that the mobile financial service is registered in your name.

KYC documents must be submitted via the account verification section of the platform or by emailing [email protected]. Documents are reviewed typically within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 7betdb reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient, unclear, or inconsistent with account registration details.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 7betdb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transfer fees — these are outside 7betdb's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 7betdb BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation from the mobile financial service network. Rocket and Upay deposits typically credit within a few minutes.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are accepted for higher-value transactions and are typically credited within one to two Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 7betdb does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit traced to a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount.
• Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible following approval. Verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within a few hours of approval during BST business hours.
• Withdrawals are subject to a mandatory wagering review. Any account with open bonus funds must satisfy the relevant wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• 7betdb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or those that follow unusual account activity. This may delay processing by up to 48 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

7betdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket tournaments, IPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally relevant occasions in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's dedicated page states otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for direct withdrawal. Only winnings derived from bonus play, after wagering requirements are fully satisfied, are transferable to the withdrawable balance.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who operate multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once will have all accounts closed and all bonuses forfeited.
• 7betdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified if the terms of that specific offer change mid-period.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer tables, certain jackpot slots, and crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed on each promotion's dedicated page.
• 7betdb reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus or winnings obtained through what the platform determines to be bonus abuse, exploitation of a system error, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 7betdb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within each game section of the platform. The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all products on 7betdb unless a specific product's rules state otherwise.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 7betdb system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. You are responsible for verifying the details of any wager before confirming it.
• 7betdb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet without interest.
• All slot games, table games, and RNG-based products on 7betdb use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent, fair, and cannot be influenced by the player, 7betdb, or any third party.
• In-play (live) betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20, ODI, and Test matches — are subject to the live betting rules published in the cricket section. Bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data feed delay will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, game type, and market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 7betdb is not liable to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout cap for a given market.
• 7betdb reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time for operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons. Open bets on a suspended market will be settled according to the available result, or voided if no result is determinable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 7betdb platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where the activity constitutes fraud or criminal conduct — referral to appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account under a false identity, another person's identity, or using fabricated personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino games, or any event where player decisions affect shared outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to place bets with a known outcome advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a system error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with events offered on 7betdb's sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money through the 7betdb platform. All transactions on 7betdb are monitored for unusual patterns consistent with money laundering activity. Suspicious activity is reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Sharing login credentials with other individuals or allowing a third party to operate your 7betdb account on your behalf.
• Claiming multiple instances of the same bonus offer by creating additional accounts, sharing devices or IP addresses with another player, or using third-party referral schemes not authorised by 7betdb.

Account Suspension & Closure

7betdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, forged, or unacceptable identity documentation.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age at any point during the account's history.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that compel 7betdb to restrict access for players in specific jurisdictions.
• Player-requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 7betdb account voluntarily, please contact support at [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Any balance remaining in your BDT wallet at the time of closure — after deducting any applicable bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the 7betdb platform is terminated. Historical transaction records will be retained in accordance with 7betdb's data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms, and any obligations arising from activity conducted prior to closure, survive the termination of your account and remain legally binding.
